Remembering Always
(Quickly added email from sister) PS: It will be a year on Sunday, March 25th.
For a while, I would always reach for the phone... going to call.... it hasn't happened as much, but just remembering... as it's normal not to have a close family, But I'm grateful for mine being close. On Sunday's I would say to myself "I want to call nana before she goes to Bingo"... it wasn't "I have to call nana..."... I think my family keeps in touch because they want to, not "have" to... that's a great thing, isn't it?? I miss the calls, but I also enjoyed them. We would always tease each other in some way... that does at least give me a chuckle, in her memory, instead of being sad with every memory, I know I have happy and funny ones....... boy, do we have fun, and funny ones.
